Noe Garcia is 1 of 300 students in the nation to be awarded the Gates Scholarship! This prestigious full ride scholarship is awarded to outstanding high school seniors making a difference in their community. Noe will attend UCLA in the fall and is the first Ford Dream Builder to become a Gates Scholar. Congratulations Noe!
